Choosing my Mod List Advice

Note - pre apologies for the long post, i have a lot of questions that i have tried to find answers for, but i have a download limit, i cant keep downloading mods and trying them

 

Ok basically, theres so many mods out there that its just so hard to pick which mods would suit the effect im after. so i thought i should check in with the people who know there stuff

 

Firstup, i want to do all this in the least mods possable. its painstacking to manage like 50+ mods, so it would be great if there modpacks out there

 

Basically what im trying to achieve is, a much more active world, things happening, more towns, and more going on within the world but with the least performance loss, it just feels bland, not as bland as oblivion, but vanilla just needs more. id love to see unique towns etc, a nicer sky, HD, all that stuff but without a huge performance loss

 

A better quest log. more information, easier to read. and understand what to do in certain quests - one thing id love to see is a "level advisement" system which advises what level a quest is best suited for

sometimes it feels like theres "to many" quests in skyrim, after you past the opening quests, you get greeted with over 20 quests by that area. and often come across quests way to tough to attempt. i end up extremely lost on where to go next

 

 

i'd Also like to achieve much better looking normal armor sets. vanilla armor, better female bodys for all races. faces. and more hair options

 

As for weapons, id love to see more early game fancy weapons, or weapons that level with you would be cool, but yea, some much fancier early game weapons

 

Lastly id like to see smarter AI Mods, were AI make decisions for themselves more often, like a travelling pack of knights heading down a road get ganked by assassin's, but i can choose to get involved or not

 

P.S is there a mod allowing an archer to climb and gank from a tree? i know that sounds crazy, but yea
