putting mods in steam/skyrim

Hello i put the mods in steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data and they dont work or show up in the data box when i launch skyrim

 

7 mods for ANCHIENT NORD ARMOR AND SAVIORS HIDE CBBE V3 ECHO

 

 

calientes female body mod

cbbe v3 compatible texture ( navesteas)

anchient nord armor set

saviors hide armor

apachii skyhair

beauty faces for females

press out the wrinklesv3

First guess, you put the raw zipped files in.

The files you download are compressed (zipped) to save space and make it quicker to download. They must be unzipped, then the different parts of the mod must be put into the proper folders.

The easiest way to do this is with the NMM (Nexus Mod manager) which automates this process for people who don't have the computer experience to mess with folders, subfolders, unzipping and where stuff goes.

i did what you said and download the nexus mod manager when i attempt to dornload the mods with nexus mod manager it says file doesnot exist but i know it does

That is a bug in NMM - It is known and being worked on. Try again.

I have always used the manual install as It gives me better control of my downloads.

i did it agian and all 6 downloaded then i activated them but they dont appear in the plugins tab or in the data file for skyrim

 

this is the file they are loading in from nmm c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\skyrim this is the file destination NMM picked
