Dawnbreaker enchancement

Ok. Here's a deal.

I want to make enchancement with visual effects from Dawnbreaker. But with OnHit effect, instead of on-kill.

But i can't do it.

I was able to make Dawnbreaker effect constant instead of chance. But not on a hit.

 

Please, can someone help me with this?
