FO4 Institute FPS Drop, from 60+ to 1?

Hello everyone,

After teleporting inside the insitute, the screen went white and it took about a minute to load the cell. I have ShadowPlay enabled with the fps counter, and it shows just 1 fps.

My specs are:

Ryzen 5 1600x

16gb RAM

1080Ti

I've pretty much followed this guide to mod the game: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23556 and I've added some stuff I liked. I've also did the guide's step about using FO4 Configuration Tool and Beth INI, which are for optimizing the game, I guess.

I have around 16 hours of gameplay and I had no problem so far, that 1 fps drop makes it really unplayable... I can't even move!
Any suggestion would be appreciated, thanks in advance

Sorry for my "not so good" English.

This usually works for me anytime I end up in the slideshow. Save/Quit/ Take a small break/restart and its good to go again. There are a few zones and interiors that are like this that always give me issues such as this.
