Creative Kit Server

I want to preface this by saying I know this is a massive request (and may not be possible), but I want to put this idea out there in case some great coding wizard sees this post and is feeling brave. I'll try to explain this as best as I can.

Think about how some games use servers (7 Days To Die, some of the multiplayer modding attempts for TES games have used this same sort of method, etc.) where a server is run on the host computer and all the other users are essentially just transferring data to and from that host computer. In terms of the games that use this sort of method, it updates a file with usernames and information about their health, what they have in their bags, etc., but they are all having a unique experience in this world. I think it would be incredibly beneficial to apply something like this to the Creative Kit. Each user that connects to the server pulls the data from the host esm file, which would probably have to be constantly updated (via another mod that would have to constantly update the host esm file from the host esp file where all the changes are taking place), and this would allow each user that is connected to see the changes to the world they are building in real-time.

Perhaps this is not even possible (or perhaps I'm wording this wrong), and I'm ok with that. I just feel this would be a god-send for users that are collaborating on a map.
