RFCW load issue

I'm having trouble with RFCW crashing on start up. I used the latest version and the installer did it's job correctly. But the game keeps randomly crashing on start up. It'll load once and then as soon as i shut it off and go to restart it again it'll crash. Also i'm having a problem with archive invalidated. I have the propper changes made to the fallout default in the New Vegas folder. But textures in the game that need it still don't work and neither of the mod managers will toggle it on or off. Nexus mod manage crashes when i click on that option and fomm completely removes AI. Heres my current load order:
