You guys had given me the answer really early on but I was too blind to notice. The EXT activator simply needed a line to enable the INT Activator. The OnCellAttach seems to navigate past the Is3Dloaded issue I seem to have ... however I technically do not know about this command and i am unsure of the correctness. I mean it works ... but i'm unsure of any possible ramifications. Thank you all again for all your help.
