[LE] How to replace spell visuals using creation kit?

So I really don't mess with these types of stuff but there's this certain spell mod which visuals I want to change. It's a stop time spell from Lost Grimoire, and the visual I want to change is the bluish surroundings after casting the spell. Something like the slow down time shout effect where the surrounding is bluish, but I want to replace its visuals from the Za Warudo mod, which makes the surrounding have a negative color when stopping time.
