I'm lvl 22 and all my skills and attributes are high enough to get me in. I've checked a million faqs but none of them explain. wesaynothin Posted March 16, 2004 Share Posted March 16, 2004 If you have completed the 'Scotilde's Code Book' quest, given by Eydis Fire-Eye, the thieves guild will not let you in. (Fighters Guild and Thieves Guild have a constant rivalry) If you haven't done that quest, then try it at another guildmaster. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
