"Sahrotar" Bug

I have used "Bend Will" on Dragon Sahrotar and while the arrow apprears I cannot initiate conversation to climb on to the back of the dragon to be carried to the final confrontation with "Mirrak". Am using SKSE64 and Mods so I am limited to an older version of SkyrimSE. I believe ther thave been two updates released through Steam. Does on of the updated address this bug?

Any Suggestions?

After much research I came up with a work-around.

I used "Bend Will" on Dragon Sahrotar. Holding the Z key for 3 to 4 seconds for a power “Bend Will”

Called up the Console “~” and typed “tcl” to turn off collision.

Waked to the west to the distant platform where Mirrak waits.

Once I got to the platform, I called up the Console “~” again and typed “tcl” to turn on collision.

Fought Miraak till he went translucent. Used “Bend will on an overhead dragon, releasing “Z” 6 to 8 inched before the selected dragon. If you don’t the shout will miss.

Used “Dragonbone Bow” with Fire Legendary and “Dragonbone arrows to kill the Dragon.

If you “Bend Will” on “Sahrotar” (he cannot be killed) make sure you have a Frost Amulet and Talos Necklace on to lessen the damage done by his Frost Breath.

Bring down the third dragon with a power “Bend Will” and kill him.

Collect the bounty from both dragon skeletons.

“Sahrotar” will continue to look at you but not respond.

Call up the Console “~” type in “setstage dlc2mq06 580” and “Enter”

The “Waking Dreams” book will emerge out of the Central Fountain.

Call up Console “~” and type in “setstage dcl2mq06 600” and “Enter”

Mirrak and Sahrotar will vanish “Adios Amigos”

Open the book in the Central Font. Play with your points if you want.

Open the book to return to “Sol or where ever you were on the island.

Call up the Console “~”

Type:

Player.additem 04039FA2 X to get a Mirrak mask (lev 45-59).
