Arcadia's Cauldron CTD

Heyo friends. So I've got an issue with CTD and I've been searching all over for people with similar issues, only to find nothing useful.

I'm crashing only when in Arcadia's Cauldron. What triggers it each time is seemingly random, but I've only crashed from actively doing one thing or another.

1. The first time I crashed I was buying ingredients. No big deal. I reloaded, talked to her again, started buying ingredients and I crashed. Again.

2. So then I was like "Well, that time it took longer to crash. Maybe I'm just having performance issues in Arcadia's Cauldron" (Hint: I'm not) so I tried again, managed to buy all the ingredients I wanted this time, and started mixing potions- only to crash while mixing potions. I only tried this once.

3. I also crashed while trying to create a save game inside of Arcadia's Cauldron. The autosaves and quicksaves do not crash me, just regular saving. I only tried this once.

4. I continued with my CTDing from talking to her. Sometimes it happens when I click the option to bring up her inventory, other times it only happens while I'm buying stuff.

I tried changing my load order a couple of times- turns out Requiem doesn't play nice with LOOT's most recent update, so I went back to loot 1.25. That didn't fix it. (Oh, and no bashed patching/merged patching either cuz Requiem apparently says "No" to those as well)

I tried cleaning all my dirty edits. Didn't fix anything.

I searched for people with similar issues. One person said it was an issue with iNeed's Dangerous Diseases- so I tried disabling that, which did nothing. Another person suggested it could be Open Cities, but the person who submitted that help post said they disabled Open Cities and was still crashing. They never got another answer.

So... Here I am. Making my own request. Let me know if you need any other information.

Edit: Quick update. Just tested at The Hag's Cure and she let me buy out her entire inventory without issue. I should also note that Arcadia was fine for the first several hours of my game.
