Leeeroooy
Title says it all. I don't like the bluish effect when shouting it.
foamyesque
Title says it all. I don't like the bluish effect when shouting it. There should be a MagicEffect associated with the shout. Find it, open it, and look for the Image Space Mod, bottom of the Visual Effects column in the middle of the screen. Set that to None.

ChessPirate
I have made a Mod that changes the Slow Time Shout visual to a cool-looking color saturated effect. It also "lightens" the area, making enemies easier to see. New Slow Time Shout Visual(Oldrim) - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/39748/ New Slow Time Shout Visual(SSE) - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9779/ If you want to play around with the settings yourself, call up my Oldrim version with the program "TES5Edit" or in Creation Kit and see what settings I changed. For the SSE version, use "SSEedit" or the SSE Creation Kit.
