Interior Freezes and Crash to Reset Computer O_O

Hi everyone, I just bought a new PC, and followed STEP guide, installed an ENB series, and Skyrim works fine on exterior even with the higest options and mods presets, but when I enter in an interior cell (houses, inns..), games starts to freeze, move slowly, and if i keep moving inside that interior PC finally crashes and resets T_T.

680 GTX, i7 3770K and 8GB ram.
