Ctd and wierd interiors

My problems are that i am getting ctd about every 5-10 min or so, interiors are acting quite wierd as in walls,floors and roofs dissapear a few steps away from entrance and exit, i am also getting instant ctd when i go on the road from riverwood leading to falkreath and helgem tough not only the road but a big area between riverwood helgen and falkreath
