Main menu not loading or responding to mouse/keyboard

Hey guys!

 

So I'm having this issue when I boot from FOMM where the game loads, but i can't skip all the legal/publisher stuff at the beginning and after all that the main menu doesn't load.

 

I've tried to go through and check that my load order's right, and it SEEMS to be by what I've checked it with (largely the FWE load order section), and I haven't found anything that stands out as being wicked incompatible. But then, I'm not exactly the most experienced with this.

 

I imagine it's a load order issue, so here's my Load order:
