Samurai kimonos and armours

Hmmm that's an interesting idea. I might look into that.

I take it the way to do that is to be able to do that is to have one of the armours for example creatable at the forge and then require that armour as an item for the tanning rack recipe?

Had the idea of doing a Samurai line of armors/swords myself, and of course it has been done! It's cool that Asian style Samurai stuff is lore friendly in Skyrim, cause there's a whole sub-culture of life philosophy/fighting style/movie enthusiast culture out eager to download this stuff!

Nice work dude!

Hey make the armors scale decently into the later stages of the game to k? make the heavy ones have the same stats as the steel armor and the light ones be like idk..something light..that is usefull later . not 1 shoted. getting 1 shotted by a two handed axe isnt fun

The heavy armours are based in the Blades armour stats, and the kimono has an armour rating of about 20 I think the last lime I checked. They are all craftable either from the forge or tanning rack, and they can be upgraded with smithing in the usual manner.

I've been playing my game with one of the kimonos and I haven't had any problems really defensively.

Thought I would add something for the lady characters. Of course, if you character is man enough he can wear them too!
