AstralFire
Looks great, but minor nitpick: those are hakama, not kimono. Kimono are the showy embroidered silk stuff.
0Prime0
Not yet I'm afraid. There are several more variations I want to do first. I'm away on vation for the next two weeks, so I figure it is about a month away or so. Sorry :( As for the model part, I'm afraid I'm not a modeler, so I'm afraid the armour will have to stay as is for now. I can try to make a steel one though... I think kimonos are worn underneath hakama. Hakama were essentially the "pants" worn over top I think? Edited June 27, 2012 by 0Prime0

0Prime0
Easing back into this mod after a couple weeks vacation with quick recolour along the lines of the traditional black and gray scheme... http://i1063.photobucket.com/albums/t513/MikeR8/Mods/ScreenShot19.jpg Edited July 16, 2012 by 0Prime0

0Prime0
Thanks! :) Offhand, where is a good place to get more info about how to utilize texture sets / packs? Since these textures all use the same model, I think there is a way to specify what texture should be applied to one model in each case? Otherwise I have to duplicate the meshes and change the texture they point to internally in the .nif. I'd like to avoid that if I can since that would balloon the mod size as well as make things more tedious. I hope that question makes sense! 0Prime0
Another armour, blue this time... http://i1063.photobucket.com/albums/t513/MikeR8/Mods/ScreenShot21.jpg http://i1063.photobucket.com/albums/t513/MikeR8/Mods/ScreenShot20.jpg I tried to come up with a kimono that looked like the kind in the old block prints you sometimes see with bright colours and patterns, like this one: http://ameliasai.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/samurai.jpg This is what I came up with... http://i1063.photobucket.com/albums/t513/MikeR8/Mods/ScreenShot23.jpg http://i1063.photobucket.com/albums/t513/MikeR8/Mods/ScreenShot22.jpg I haven't decided if it looks good or if it appears that he is wearing curtains. :D
