Weird textures

I'm having problems with some textures. I tried to figure out what's the problem but so far I couldn't find out.

I am using nmo and loot, everything seems to be ok, no errors nor dirty files.

 

i noticed these issues near giants camp in whiterun, and completely grey screen on windhelm bridge but only when looking west, in every other direction everything is fine.
