Using Console to mod Shield damage?

I was thinking about doing a run in Skyrim where I only use a shield, but I figured that when I get high in the levels, it would be ridiculous to do so.

 

Is there a way I can edit the damage of the bash of a shield to hilarious levels, whether it be console, or mod?

well, since the strennght of your enemies depend on your level, i say that you use player.setlevel 1 command, in order to kepp your level one. the enemies should be much weaker now

I'd say out of all the blocking skill perks:

Shield Wall

Deflect Arrows

Elemental Protection

Block Runner

Power Bash

Deadly Bash

Disarming Bash

Shield Charge

Quick Reflexes

'Shield Charge' would probably overpower your character, unfortunately its one of the funnest skills.

I was wanting to do something fun and worthwhile, and I may just gift myself the perks from the start, but I'd much rather have a shield infused with Fus Ro Dah that blasts people back and does some hilarious things. I appreciate it though!

@Monogrinze, guess you can try shopping the mods, maybe a modder has managed to transform shouts into enchantments by now.

there are funny mods that add new enchantments like throwing an exploding chicken in a random direction on strike (your followers will love that lol) or

freezing an enemy when you strike it. anyway, have fun bashing your way thru skyrim.
