Console Commands Addfact, Removefact not working properly

So about a month ago, I started playing witcher 3 however accidentally killed keira metz so i tried to use the console commands to change the ending but no matter how many times i try it, it doesnt work.

 

removefact(q109_keira_defeated)

then

addfact(q109_keira_to_km)

some commands like triss stayed works but yen girlfriend doesnt work aswell

im playing on 1.30 with both wine and blood, heart and stone expansions

 

any idea what im doing wrong?
