While trekking in the mountains I found wethyl fortress (well soon after I installed this mod) which put the quest kvatch rebuilt underground into my journal, now Kvatch is totally rebuilt, I am count and the castle is fully open to me; How do I start this quest? I have looked everywhere and spoken to everybody in Kvatch, but, can’t find a way to start it it has been a good month ingame time since I completed Kvatch and became count.
