Need some advice on NPC cosmetic mods.

I am rebuilding my Oblivion and I have a question or two for all of you.

I am currently using Better Cities-

COBL

ITF

Ozmos Highrez face textures

 

Now...

For my npcs- What other mods should I use to make them look as good as they can?

If there is anything I need to uninstall or a order to install stuff, please let me know.

I am open to any suggestions, as my main goal is to have NPC characters that look unique and have a nice look to them.
