ArcaneAnouki
I've always been the kind of guy who likes to figure stuff out on my own, but I'm willing to admit I'm in over my head. I just got my new gaming PC the other day and one of the main reasons I bought it was for modding support on my favorite games like Skyrim. Well I downloaded the Nexus Mod Manager, and acquired a copy of Skyrim (Version 1.6.89.06) and while some of my mods work, others don't. My fear is that I am completely inept at PC Gaming, PC Modding, and the Nexus Mod Manager and that I have done EVERYTHING wrong. Could someone please tell me why my mods aren't working properly? Mods like The Dance of Death, PsiKotics Necromancy Mod, Magic Duel, Midas Magic, and Undead Summoning. I have mods installed like SkyUI and Better Females by Bella that seem to work just fine.... Is it the mods, or is it me? Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you :)
micalov
"and acquired a copy of Skyrim" is it the steam version that is causing the problems?
Tamb0
Hmmm, sounds suspiciously like a :pirate: You don't 'acquire a copy, you buy the game and let Steam update it.
ArcaneAnouki
Look, Pirating is wrong. I purchased the XBox 360 version of the game and loved it. Now, I have the PC version. No, I don't have steam. Can anyone offer me any advice besides "Steam" which I could have figured out on my own? Yes pirating is wrong, just because you own the Xbox 360 version doesn't mean you get the PC version for free. Banned -DrGrimm
