Looking for a mod

This is not a mod request, this mod exists already, I just can't find it :-)

 

I remember one of MxR's video where he reviewed a mod that allows to train settlers (train their combat skills) and then run around with entire squad of combat settlers. In the video he demonstrated such squad cleansing Fallon's department store.

 

It was this year, but I don't remember when. And I couldn't find it myself.
