race scripts confusal

Im not sure how to mod the race scripts, i've looked everywere but i cant find the option to change the characture race scripts,

 

the story,

i downloaded a race mod not mentioning anything, but its a rather good mod but the script he/she put to it was the vampire script and now everyone in the game thinks im a vampire so they hate me :wallbash:

 

i was just wondering how to put a different script or no script on it does any one know were the option is ? please reply :biggrin:

I'll assume you have the Construction Set?

 

As cool as it would be, races don't actually have specific scripts. They do have Magic Effects, however, which can have scripts applied to them, and there are other ways of sneaking one on to a specific actor aside from that. It could even just have a Quest script checking the player's race and doing something if it's the new one.

 

The script that governs the player's vampirism is actually a quest script, and can easilly be altered by swapping a couple of variables, which could be done either way. If you can tell me the mod in question, I might be able to help more...
