Virgil was invisible but by searching Youtube I found the console command to make him appear then got the quest to find the Courser which I completed and had the chip analysed by Tinker Tom. However it has ground to a halt here and I haven't been asked to task any of the factions with building the Signal Interceptor and talking to them produces no results. Is there a console command I can use to advance the game to the stage of speaking to one of the factions ? I hate to ask this but despite searching I have not been able to find it.
