What REALLY happenend to the Fallout New Vegas continue after ending m

Hey everyone, I'm new HERE, but I know about forums 'n' stuff.

 

Ok, so. I was rollin' through the fourm trollin' (jks, I was looking up mods for my Fallout New Vegas game), AND I really wanted the mod where you could continue after the ending (some people just tell me to use an old save, but it just doesn't suit me...) SO, I was wondering about two things:

 

1) Why did it get blocked? (I really wanted that one! :( )

 

2) Is there ANY way, shape or forum (you see what I did there?) that I can get it?

 

If anyone could have any information, that would be awesome. :)

Play After Main Quest is still there. I'm not sure if it works, I have never used it but you might give it a try.
