mikelara130 Posted August 17, 2008 Share Posted August 17, 2008 I've looked at Legendary Mastery, where it says you should use Elys Uncapper instead. The problem is that I don't want to be able to level over 100, I just want skills or attributes to be affected by fortify bonuses and such if they do raise it over 100.
