Glitched Trainers

Hell there.

 

First, thank you for viewing my topic regardless of whether you replied to it or no.

 

Now, onto the problem: Every trainer that I meet, if they're able to train to a skill to a high level, say...75, the bottom 2 skills become Mercantile & Speechcraft, & thus I can't train whatever they had anymore. This isn't automatic though, I have to consistently train with the trainers in order for this to happen, but at a certain point, that actually seems random, 2 of their 3 trainable skills become only Mercantile & Speechcraft.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
