CTD in the left part of the map

please someone help!!!

i already try every thing i find in the forum: remove mods that change the lvlpredator script, use boss and wrye bash, have all mods updated to the last version.

but every time i try fast travel to rorikstead or any dungeon near it have a ctd.... and i also try start a new game.
