SSE Faster NPC's

I don't know if this is possible (I've got no experience making mods and limited experience using them), but I was wondering if someone could make a mod that would make NPC's move faster when they are leading you/going with you on quests. An example would be Neloth when you are heading to Nchardak, he takes forever to get there, so long that you can kill all the reavers and still have to wait on him. When you are going through Nchardak he also takes a long time to get anywhere making the quest much longer than it needs to be. If there's already a mod that does this for Skyrim SE, I apologize for starting a thread asking for one and request someone points me to it.

Normally to make an actor move faster there is a means to create a spell that can have a movement multipler. That said an NPC will use their respective AI to determine if they are walking/running, also a quest can effect box pathing positions as well so it could be coded that Neloth is at a particular place at a particular quest point.

 

In other words it's tricky to do, but entirely possible. My SE mod includes a spell you can cast on an actor that banishes them for a minute and then gives you the option to move them back to their initial location or where the player is currently, so actors can be moved around in similar fashion.

if you got to browse all mods then type walk into the search machine one of the mods you find is called "npc's walk and run at your speed" by popcornsoda55. I think this will give you what you want.

There is a console code that can speed up an NPC. I remember using it on Inigo years ago so he could keep up with the Dragonborn and Vilja. I always increased the player speed to 115% via the Levelers Tower mod and Vilja came with a built-in warping capability. Info on the code can be found by googling Skyrim console commands.
