Infinite Loading While Typing Start A New Game

Hello all,

 

I am have an issue on Skyrim SE with starting up a new game. I know I have a lot of mods yet, I haven't had this problem till now. I'm not sure it was from a new mod or one of my other issues, which would be Dark Face. I was trying hard to fix the Dark Face, yet have not had any luck. So I guess I need help with both ending the infinite loading screen I get after selecting a new game and the Scourge that is Dark Face. Here is my load out:
