Need help, launch screen is French.

After installing some mods, I launched New Vegas to find that it is in french. But only the launch screen is. It broke most of my mods, and every DLC other than Dead Money and Honest Hearts.

I'm guessing it's because only mods that are in french are compatible, is why only a select few work, but that's just my opinion. I don't know too much about game editing and such, so if anyone has a fix, keep it vaguely simple please.

You're going to have to find and remove the mod that made everything French.

You'd think that would work, wouldn't it?

But no. Game is still french, even when I deleted ALL my mod.

Whatever it was, it screwed up the data window on the launcher, because nothing I check works, now.

But the mod itself wasn't the poblem, it did something to the game.

Don't pirate game patches?

 

If your language settings in Steam are English, verify cache.

Is the game pirated? I think you might have to get another download or an english patch.

It's not pirated.

But, I guess it might be partially, since I got a mod off a different website, and it used content from Honest Hearts, but the mod had the content in it and it required a bunch of New Vegas files and stuff to be changed, like I had to put in a new launcher. I guess that counts as pirated then, technically, but can anyone find me an English patch, and tell me how to put it in, please?
