Faster Mining Plus Not Working

I am using ars metallica and honed metal plus faster mining 9-3. Of course there are other mods but ı think they are irrelevant. I disabled honed metal and ars metallica but still cant get 3 yelds 9 ores. Instead of i got 9 yields 3 ores. How to solve?

I dunno why it's gone from 3 to 9 hits for you sounds like a conflict... My DMT Combat Changes mod adds 3 new spells, flame frost and shock spells that do 2x as much damage as base flames, sparks, or frost AND they can be used to mine ore. Ever want to mine from 15 feet away? if you put a spell in both hands you can mine ore in about 1 second flat it's way faster than swinging a pickaxe.
