Jankosi
So i tried several mods togheter. And they collided. Which was sad. But what i really want, is Project Nevada guarantee. Any recommended Mods that works with Project Nevada and that won't affect each other in compabilities? Thanks!
Danneyo
Just follow a guide. https://wiki.step-project.com/User:EssArrBee/FalloutNewVegas
Jankosi
Not gonna help, dude. The guide doesn't tell you what may or may not work togheter. It just states that these Mods Exists in a list based on what they do. Though helpful initially, it doesn't help with compability regarding Nevada, as far as i noticed glancing through it all. "This guide will help make look as good as possible while maintaining a setup that adds to gameplay and re-playability." It's a full guide. Everything in that list works with everything else if you follow the guide. "The guide is listed from top down and it is advised to install the mods in that order to make sure that all directions are followed correctly and no mods are missed. Keep in mind, there are very specific directions to install the interface mods and those directions are very important to make sure there are no problems when starting New Vegas." Jankosi
It sounds almost as silly as my way with Don't Starve Togheter amount of Mods that actually works...a bit, until later crash. Fine. I'll try it. It sounds VERY silly that all these Mods would work togheter without any issue. It's a drowning amount of them, and maybe that may make me a bit...skittish to the idea? I don't know! Egh...talk later after sitting here whole day installing them all. I'll just install them all on FOMod method.Nevermind. I figured it out eventually. My dumb brain at times... I used that guide almost in its entirety and supplemented it with some other mods I use. If you follow the instructions, it will work. But, you have to follow the guide. Skip a bunch of stuff, or deviate from the methods instructed, and it won't work. Edit: This is also a very good mod guide I've used in the past. Jankosi
Start Merge Plugin Standalone through MO and then click [OK]I get an error when i do so that says: Access violation at address 0091B403 in module 'MergePlugins.exe'. Read of address 00000000.The f***!? Following instructions seems sometimes like a bullet to my progress making this work. And i haven't even started yet on Mods...just the Utilities required. dubiousintent
Do not "merge" ESM files. Do not "clean" them either (regardless of what you may have done with other games). Please see the wiki "Merged Plugin Guidelines for Personal Use" article. For general guidance on getting your game up and stable without all the specific mods from the STEP guide, I recommend you read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to mod FNV or it's been more than a year since you last did so. There is some overlap between the two guides, but they don't contradict each other either. In particular see the "Common Problems" section. -Dubious-
