How to put legendary effects on weapon while it can't use legendary effects

Hey guys, got some problem here

 

So I add THIS MOD to let Syringer get more useful in game, and it's working great, I'm very like it

 

BUT ! The creator removes legendary weapon system (don't know what they call...) for Syringer, it makes legendary effects can't be placed or spawn on that

 

So heres the question : How can I do to put back legendary weapon system (jesus...) in the Syringer ?

 

All I know is I need to use FO4Edit, and nothing more

 

And I just figure it out by myself in 30 min ago, haha...
