Crashing on Loading screen

OK, on tuesday(6/26/12) i was able to play skyrim Perfectly fine untll it started crashing for no reason. Now it wont even get past the loading screen, it just shows the loading pic for 3 seconds then Just Crashes,(dosent even show Error or Stopped Responding.)

EDIT: ive tryed with and W.O using Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) and still the same thing happens.
