Finalize
Installed 12.6 WHQL drivers (http://www.guru3d.com/news/amd-catalyst-126-whql-driver-download/), and set shadow resolutions to 4096. UI works just fine, so the problem was indeed with the 12.7 beta drivers.
antisphere06
Oops, it seems that the 12.6 drivers do work just fine, the problem is only with the 12.7 beta drivers. I submitted a report to AMD about the issue.are you downloading the 12.6 driver now? If so let me know if it fixes the issue.Downloading right now, will report back after installed and tested Skyrim.K i installed it and everything is working fine. LedZeppelin
Bear with my noobiness for this post :P I updated (I think, don't really know how to check) to 12.6 AMD driver and this didn't fix the issue. I'll mention that I'm running SkyUI mod and SKSE although it seems that mods aren't (for once) the culprit here. Also, how do you change your shadow resolution? I didnt see an option for that in the graphics settings (just low medium high and (maybe) ultra) Thanks!
RBSinistro
Just set the shadow resolution to anything but 4096 and it will do. Did for me at least. I put 4095 in SkyrimPrefs.ini.
