Skinjack
I'm just finally loading the SE version after my Oldrim died this weekend and I figured it wasn't worth restoring it for no extra "rewards. So I'm upgrading. Please bare with me because I don't know how much has changed and I haven't had to start from scratch in a long time. Biggest question, although I am sure more are to come. Does it still matter what order you install mods in when LOOT can correct the load order when done? I'm not sure if it's something I should be concerned with anymore or which mods I load first/last or it it matters at all anymore. Right now the concept of rebuilding my hodgepodge of mods is overwhelming.
CodeNamed1
What mod manager are you using?
Skinjack
Sorry about that. I had to drive home from work and it takes me at best an hour. I am going all new, so I'm using the Vortex Mod Manager. I hope. Still trying to get the hang of not overdoing conflict management. I have the game loaded and a few "prerequisites", like SKSE, enbseries, Wrye Bash, SSEEdit, and BethINI. I haven't started installing mods, so no SkyUI yet. I know VORTEX has an autosort, and if I'm not mistaken it is LOOT basically merged into the program. That's about as far as I've taken it. Been busy the last few days comparing Oldrim mods to SE mods, seeing what is available for SE, and picking alternatives. A lot better than last time I looked, which is why I stuck with Oldrim. Speaking of which, no CCOR for this version? I'm not finding it or an alternative.
QuagaarWarrior
No CCOR yet but Krpytopyr has converted CACO and also Weapons Armor Clothing Clutter fixes and is working on converting all her mods to SSE so hopefully it wont be too long before we see the rest of them
Skinjack
Yeah, I've been reading her website. I was kind of glad Weapons and Armor Fixes and Clothing an Clutter fixes went down to one esp. Saves me one more slot for my all important lineup. Who knew there would be so much research involved? SE is definitely a different animal when mods are involved. Of course, it could be I added gradually over a few years for Skyrim. Now I'm doing it all at once for SE. Thank you for the info. EDIT: Didn't think about it. Would it be better to post this question over on the VORTEX forums? Edited November 15, 2018 by Skinjack
