This is the only option on the nexus, though I assume you want fallout 1 & 2 aesthetics? Sadly this is all there is on the Nexus to fulfill your desire of sandcrete, as sandcrete structures are typically done in the adobe style from I find, of course they can be done in a less adobe style, just make big concrete style bricks instead, but yeah anyways.
