Even with modded draw distance FO3 still has pop up issues?

Hey guys, I went into the INI and increased the draw distance by 10x and also changed ugridstoload to 9 and i swear this game still has pop up issues. Like yeah, it will draw objects out further, but as you are walking around the wasteland, you still see trees adn building textures changing all the time.

 

Is it just how the engine works for this particular game? Would be nice, Im pretty sure my computer is powerful enough to render a very large portion of the game map, but the engine itself is the thing that seems to have trouble keeping up.

The draw distance for trees, building, grass etc have their own ini tweaks. I think the one you changed is for the actual distance haze itself.

Be aware that with ugrids, your save game is stuck with the change, it's non-reversable.

 

Google fallout 3 tweaks and you'll see the site which helps you.
