how to disable blur filter caused by the weather?

@Relativelybest, my player/followers are all equipped with magicka sabers and i have also noticed

the light blade RGB colors washed out in daylight or cloudy weather (also a bit too bright at night).

Bothered me enough to go into the mechanics of the mod and readjust glowmaps, resaturate referenced texture colors,

lowering brightness, and transparency/opaque settings (dds/nif); but,

didn't have much luck making them look the same outdoors as indoors.

 

There's a lot of transparency and white spectrum built into the nif glowmaps, so the light saber colors get

diluted when rendered outdoors affected by bright saturating background light sources like sun/sky/clouds/fog/etc.

Might try again altering glowmaps to a more opaque type coloring; but, honestly, melee combat doesn't really

last that long outdoors in Skyrim.

Turned down db gain and renormalized unsheathed saber ignite and idling loop sounds, a bit too noisy for me lol.
