It is on a road This road is important, as it is the way to get to both Sancre Tor and Echo Cave. Applewatch makes a convenient fast travel map marker for these. On the road facing west wit App;ewatch on your left, head down the road and you will come to a T junction. Turn right for Echo Cave (Mages' Guild final quest) and Left for Sancre Tor (Main Quest). Apllewatch itself is only used in the Dark Brotherhood quest line. There are other places close by, so this makes a convenient fast travel location.
