Mass Effect 2 Mass Effect 2 Tilde Key Activation

After and a half I'm able to play Mass Effect and Mass Effect2 again. I'm looking for working files to edit the Coalesced.ini file and to render the Tilde Key active for putting in cheat codes. Among existing sites I've found either links were no longer active or the files uploaded to edit the Coalesced file don't actually work when used as instructed. I went through the Coalesced file with Notepad++, but I cannot find the line where I can activated the Tilde Key. Other sites suggested looking for the line E21730, but no such line naming exists in the Coalesced file when read by Notepad++.

As far as I know, to enable console you need to install DLL Patcher from here: https://github.com/Erik-JS/masseffect-binkw32

To choose which key active the console, search for ConsoleKey variable in Coalesced file.
