Fallout New Vegas Problem - Zooming in with guns in 3rd person and shooting makes me aim up and down

Whenever I aim in with automatic guns in 3rd person, my character looks either straight up or straight down. This happens to enemies as well and is extremely annoying. I have been searching for hours and have found no solution, and I am about to give up. If I were to guess, this was me installing gopher's WAR Fomod incorrectly, but I have found no fix.

I do not know how to show my load order besides straight up typing every single one out separately, but if you tell me how, I can reply to you with the load order.

Thank you

Please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. Don't forget to identify things that do not appear in the "load order", such as if you are using the FNV4GB Patch, NVSE and it's related plugins, texture replacements (specifically their larger image sizes: 1024x1024, etc.), and "post-processors" like ENB or SweetFX.

(It includes information on how to get LOOT (which you should be using) to export your "load order" for posting into the forum. Your "mod manager" may have that ability as well.)

* See "How to markup images (etc) in forum posts and comments" article for how to use "Spoiler tags".

When you say "my character looks either straight up or straight down", you mean you are looking at the sky or at your feet? That suggests a problem with animation replacements (which will not appear in your "load order".) You mention Gopher's FOMOD for WAR. Did you look at the comments tab on the download page? The "sticky" at the top in particular. Otherwise, you do need to understand what your options and choices involve.

You might want to consider "Asurah Animation Pack" instead. But it is not a good idea to try to "mix and match" different animation files unless you REALLY know what you are doing.
