Realvision letter box won't go away no matter what I do.

I've done everything I reinstalled realvision to make sure I had letter box off, I edited the ini files to a T I even downloaded a remove black letter box manually still no dice :/ im at my wits end, now I don't see the letter box in any of my .ini files but its still there, what gives? I am using vortex too I think maybe thats playing a part in it. Sorry to trouble everyone :( Im just annoyed to my core, I also reinstalled RLO because someone told me RLO has letterbox too I didn't see any tho, any help be much appreciated thank you!!!
