AGhostdogg10
Alright so just maybe an hour ago I turned off my Computer after an update. I turned it back on and tried to launch Fallout Mod Manager only to get this message: Something bad seems to have happened. As long as it wasn't to bad, a crash dump will have been saved in C:\Users\Student\Documents\FOMM\crashdump.txt Please include the content of that file if you want to make a bug report. I then open the crashdump.txt only to read: Saturday, June 30, 2012 - 2:38:28 PMFomm 0.13.21OS version: Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 System.ArgumentException: The property 'windowPositions' could not be created from it's default value. Error message: Could not load file or assembly '0 bytes loaded from System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. at System.Configuration.SettingsPropertyValue.Deserialize() at System.Configuration.SettingsPropertyValue.get_PropertyValue() at System.Configuration.SettingsBase.GetPropertyValueByName(String propertyName) at System.Configuration.SettingsBase.get_Item(String propertyName) at System.Configuration.ApplicationSettingsBase.GetPropertyValue(String propertyName) at System.Configuration.ApplicationSettingsBase.get_Item(String propertyName) at Fomm.Properties.Settings.get_windowPositions() at Fomm.MainForm..ctor(String fomod) at Fomm.Program.Main(String[] args) Now this has happened before (maybe a week ago, I got my computer back from being fixed), and I somehow fixed the problem. I have no clue how to fix this problem or how I did it before. I have tried the solution of going into C:\Games\FalloutNV\Install Info and deleting the items inside Install Info, but it has never worked, I have also tried uninstalling the mod manager but to no avail. Hopefully someone can give me a solution to the problem. Thank You, AGhostDogg10 P.S. If you have a solution that works for both Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3, it would be most appreciated! durbin
I know there is a problem if you have both installed.
AGhostdogg10
I know there is a problem if you have both installed.I uninstalled Nexus mod manager, FOMM, and Fallout NV and then re-installed FOMM and Fallout NV but that didn't work. I have just attempted to re-install FOMM at a different location but that also did not work. Edited July 1, 2012 by AGhostdogg10
