Removed RLO, installed ELE+RS, and DynDOLOD

oh I also changed from Rudy ENB to Re-Engage ENB

its probably something in your Data folder or the enb is not installed right. i would start fresh and use enb prganizer to install enb series and your enb preset, also use a mod manager that uses a virtualized file system like MO2 or cortex.

 

the most likely scenario is you probably didn't get the other mods completely removed or you may need to verify game your game files if trouble persists.
