No body mods work

I can't get body mods to work. I have tried Growlfs and it didn't show up in the game.

I presume I put all the files in the right place they ended up in Data files, meshes, character, male.

 

It didn't show up in the data file selection place so I downloaded a different Grolf mod

This had no files with it but did show up in the Data selection menu.

STILL DIDN'T WORK the n.p.c's of the game stayed as stupid looking as ever.

 

So I tried Eshme's body mod. Downloaded that did all the right stuff (i presume)

but found out it was a OMOD file so I downloaded the oblivion mod manager.

But I always get an error when I start it. So that didn't work either and thats all i have tried.

 

A point of intrest is that the computer that plays Oblivion is not on the internet and I get the mods to it via Thum drive. I dont know what the problem is thats why I am asking you helpfull members of the nexus forums.

Just adding a body model doesn't change the way vanilla oblivion armor & clothes look, you will have to dload armors that have been designed for the body model in question. Clothes/armor that have bare skin visible, should show the changes of these mods tho.
