Nexus Site and Vortex Downloads too slow or not Working

So i'm new to this but to keep it short i wanted to know if someone else was having this problem.

I came back to mod skyrim for like after 2 years lol, and found out that nexus changed its manager (took me a while to get used to it but it worked flawlessly) so the thing is that downloads worked perfectly for the first few days i could download mods with no problem, delete them and download new ones, but after a while i noticed that when i started downloading them on the "vortex" option, they would appear on the manager but they were stuck on "pending" nothing i could do about it, i tried changing the download location to another folder on my end and that seemed to work for a bit but alas, eventually it got stuck again, i couldn't download anything through the manager, i obviously tried manual download through firefox but that came with more problems too, i have a 3.8 mbps connection and i should've gotten at least the same speeds i had through the manager which are around 350 kB/s but through manual download i get 10kB/s or less until the download stops completely.

I did some tests on my connection and everything seems fine on my end, connection tests say that i have 3.5 to 3.8 mbps so that's ok, i wanted to know if something is wrong with the nexus servers of if there was a fix for this.

Also i unninstalled vortex to see if downloading it again could fix the issue, but i forgot that nexus downloads were slow for me so i can't even download the 65 mb client now.

Downloads from other sites are perfectly fine browser or not.

Nexusmods gets busy...

Also might vary by area. If you are in Estonia (some are), I imagine it might get slow.

It does not take many downloads of Fallout NV - New California to tie it in knots if that is hosted on Nexusmods.

Best test for raw server download speed is manual. No other applications in the middle.

Try off-hours.

Please, if the problem persists follow the steps outlined here and provide us with as much information as you can: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/92-im-having-download-issues-what-can-i-do

Well here's the update,

- I don't use adblocker for nexus.

-i've tried even downloading the manager again on off hours and nothing (tried between 2 am and 4 am) GMT -4 (same results 14 to 15 KB/s)

-Already Attempted downloading the nexus speedtest files that don't have a speed cap, only got 14 KB/s couldn't even download the file.

-Already did the ping test to nexus's cdn. Here's the info:

Pinging files.nexus-cdn.com [195.181.162.41] with 32 bytes of data

Remember that i said that my connection is actually working as it should, i didn't have problems with nexus before, and these download issues are relatively new, vortex worked like a charm on the beginning but after a few days it got like this, 100+ms is average for me so that's not a problem but 50% packet loss its a lot but i don't think there's much i can do on my end, do you guys think that this might be a dns issue?

Lets just say there are any number of ways your ISP can screw up DNS.

I at least recommend you try Google:

https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/

Can' hurt - might help.

I'm already using it :/

Scratch that right now at the time of posting this it's 11:33 PM GMT -4 I tried downloading the manager again and it went off to a good start getting 250 - 150 KB/s but it went down to 50 KB/s right now i'm just hoping that the site stays stable enough to at least lets me install the mod manager, then i'll tell you if the pending issue persists.

It went down to 5 KB/s after half a minute, then it got cancelled smh, i don't know what to do, and i'm sorry because the issue seems to be spreading outside nexus (i only experienced issues with this site) and now i can't even download stuff through my browser even tho my connection is perfect i've been running tests the past few days. you guys don't have to help now but if you've seen this issue before please let me know :(

If you have a cable modem - reboot your modem. Reboot your router too, for good measure.

I start getting a lot of dropped packets. Download speeds look great - but I get server disconnects.

Rebooting modem lets it tune the line better - and the problems go away. YMMV.

Thanks for everything man really, i've done just that today, this issue is driving me nuts because the connection is great, i have no problems with any other sites except for mediafire and nexus here, everywhere else i can download at full speed, i tried to have a workaround so i downloaded a download manager, that could make downloads more stable and stop them from cancelling themselves but i still get a 1 KB/s download so it's ridiculous. maybe the admin can help me on this?

Is there anyway to restablish the connection to nexus?

i'm tired lol i've been doing connection tests all day today, the issue doesn't seem to be on my end, and aside from the forum i've been looking for a fix somewhere online but i haven't found anything yet, this exclusive "slowness" on downloads while the connection is good seems to be a rare issue.
